Yes. The Venezia Park Historic District dates to the city's first years, with 1926 and 1927 as its key years. We scrape back failing layers, repair and prime the surface, and finish with Sherwin-Williams paint so the new coat bonds to a sound base.
Are there extra rules for painting in the Venice historic districts?
