Do you paint waterfront homes in Oaks Bayside or Southbay?

Yes. Both are waterfront communities in Osprey. We wash off salt film, treat mildew, prime, and finish with Sherwin-Williams coatings rated for UV and moisture.

My Osprey home was built around 2000. Does it need a full repaint?

Not always. If the paint is faded but still bonded, a wash, spot priming and two fresh coats is usually enough. If it lifts when we test it, we scrape and prime first. We tell you which one at the free estimate.

Does The Oaks need to approve my exterior color?
