This was a brand-new home. The builder left every wall flat white, and the owner wanted tan, a light beige. Our owner, Zsolt Zakara, repainted the walls in the whole house with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Air Purifying in a satin finish, and painted the tray ceiling too.

We are looking to paint more homes here. Lakewood Ranch runs from southeastern Manatee County into northeastern Sarasota County. More than 1,000 new homes sold there in the first half of 2026 by RCLCO's count, second in the country behind only The Villages.
